Wisconsin: New Law Removes Taxes Levied on Personal Property Including Business Equipment

A.B. 245, signed by gov. 6/20/23. Beginning with Wisconsin property tax assessments as of January 1, 2024, new law provides that no tax shall be levied on personal property, including business machinery and equipment, tools, and furniture. Please contact us with any questions.
